Refund Policy for EnergyGoldRush.com

EnergyGoldRush.com is non-tangible service offered on a non-contractual monthly subscription basis. Customers may cancel at any time for any reason and therefore we do not offer refunds for back months or partial months of using our service. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we will honor refund requests for customers within any of the following unique circumstances:
Unexpected yearly renewals: This applies to legacy users who are on a yearly subscription. We understand it’s easy to forget about anything that happens only once year. We are therefore happy to provide a partial refund (yearly renewal fee minus $10 processing fee) for customers who submit a refund request within 7 days of their renewal.
Major defects: although all services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund will be issued for the month(s) of defect.
Service not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
